Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?
All orders are packed and dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship on the following Monday or business day.

How long does delivery take?
We ship with Canada Post or UPS (in rare cases we may use a different courier, but we never ship with a substandard postal company). Standard delivery takes 7 to 10 business days to most metro areas. Rural addresses may take a little longer. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

How much is shipping?
We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders placed. No minimum spend required.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer returns?
Yes. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How do I start a return?
Simply email our team at hello@olive-iris.com with your order number. We’ll provide a return address and instructions. Once your return is received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

Who pays for return shipping?
We currently ask customers to cover the cost of return postage to ensure the best prices of our items. However, exchanges are sent back out at no extra shipping charge.


Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a Size Guide with garment measurements. We recommend comparing these to a similar item you already own.
Tip: If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Do you stock plus sizes?
Yes, most of our styles run from S to 5XL. We believe fashion should be inclusive and comfortable for all women.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Is your website secure?
Yes. Our checkout is completely safe, it uses advanced encryption to protect your information. You’ll see the padlock icon in your browser during checkout.


Orders & Tracking

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email hello@olive-iris.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help. Our policy concerning cancellation can be found here

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track it directly through our system.


Product Care

How do I wash my items?
To help your pieces last, we recommend cold hand wash or gentle machine wash, avoid bleach, and line dry in shade. Always check the care label on each item for specific instructions.
